Policy creation was manual and resource-heavy. Legacy integrations were slow, and a large volume of policy documents needed reliable storage, retrieval and long-term compliance.
We built a low-code workflow on Nintex K2 that integrates across several business systems, with K2 SmartForms as the interface. It automates policy creation with level-based approvals, reminders and escalations. We designed it as a hybrid, cloud-ready deployment that scales, so new products can be onboarded with very little configuration. We re-engineered the integration with legacy technology to clear the performance problems, and added a media storage solution to handle the volume of policy documents.
Operations run more smoothly and the customer experience is better, with underwriting and sales teams free to focus on the cases that actually need attention. New offerings reach the market faster, and document storage is reliable enough to stand up to long-term compliance.
